We work with trusted partners to supply us with the most thermally superior panels available. Depending on the building application, we can provide either PIR insulated panels, or PWW mineral wool panels which are designed for both insulation and fire resilience. A range of finishes can also be chosen to achieve a 'smooth' or 'flush' appearance.

Our steel frames are designed by structural engineers to withstand harsh weather conditions and can be galvanised to safeguard against any corrosion. On request we can adapt the frame design to suit the application. We can also incorporate the constrado method if intumescent coating is not wanted but the building has to perform a curtain time duration in a fire situation.

In the UK, if a building is being used by people, the chances are that bare steel frames will need an intumescent coating to achieve the required time duration in the case of a fire. This tends to be 30 minutes of fire protection per coat. Our team can talk you through this and implement the coating in-house prior to erection.

JCPSA manufacture and supply mezzanine floors and staircases upon request. The mezzanine is bolted to the portal frame and achieves a sturdy environment for making the most of the space. Customer's can determine how robust the mezzanine needs to be depending on intended use, with our standard mezzanine 350 kN for office use.

If your building requires sections or rooms, we can arrange this with our insulated internal panels. These can be floor to ceiling, to an a specified height or even complete rooms for spraying etc. All internal walls in our buildings are fire rated as are the associated doors and windows. These walls act as SIPS and can often be applied without additional steel supports.
