No, at JCPSA we specializes in a variety of commercial construction projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, and healthcare facilities, meaning we have seen many designs. Over the years we have become very good at interpreting customer's visions into striking, functional buildings. We can have as much or as little input into this process as necessary.
When we quote for a new building, the customer will recieve an itemised quote that shows both the building cost and the cost for us to construct the new building on site. This way, the customer can decide weather they want us to erect the building or choose to erect it themselves.
We include any delivery costs in the quoted price to mainland UK. If your project is overseas, there will be an additional delivery cost.
Due to the size of our steel portal framed buildings, they will almost always need both planning permission and building control. As our buildings are prefabricated, this can reduce the complications with building control, as we can alter details prior to submission.
